The much awaited Zoho Backstage integration with Zoho CRM is here!

With this integration you will be able to create campaigns from Zoho CRM as events in Backstage. It provides a two-way sync ensuring that the data remains updated in both the platforms.

This integration is available for Enterprise and above editions. 

We have listed out few benefits of the integration:

  • You can create the campaign in the Campaigns module in Zoho CRM and further add details about the event from Backstage.

  • In Backstage, you can create your personalized microsite for the event by adding themes, choosing different languages or applying other settings.

  • The leads/contacts can be invited from CRM which will be captured as prospects in Backstage.

  • In the records detail page you can view campaign statistics such as:

    • Checked-in status of the attendees.

    • Revenue and expenditure details of the sponsors, events, and open deals. 

    • Ticket details like available, sold or cancelled.

    • List of sponsors, speakers, and organizers.

  • Events that are created in the Backstage can be pushed to CRM.
