Zoho CRM – Subform Conversion Mapping
Subforms continue to evolve to offer more options and is quickly becoming a viable tool within the CRM. Earlier this year the capability to run reports from Subforms was added and now you can create a Subform and during the Lead Conversion Process move that data over to the Accounts, Contacts and/or Deals modules.
