Let’s be honest with each other for a moment. No one likes doing paperwork for their business. It feels like a necessary evil. It doesn’t actually generate income, yet can eat into a lot of our work time. Part of the reason business owners seek me out for their CRM build-out is because they are growing, and they want to be able to streamline their documentation so they can focus on the things that allow them to grow.

That’s why I was intrigued by a new app that connects directly to Zoho CRM. It’s called iovox, and it uses artificial intelligence to track and document your business phone calls for you! Now you can focus on lead-generation and follow-ups and spend less time typing in the updates. What’s also great about it is you can use your current personal phone and let the app separate out your personal and business calls.
