Hi, I’m Michelle Hill, founder of Navigate CRM. I’m a business consultant in Nashville and a Zoho Advanced Partner. I help growing US businesses bring structure to how they run, from who owns what to how work gets done, so the tools you use actually fit your business and not the other way around.

I have 25+ years in business strategy and 9+ years implementing Zoho CRM. I work with companies that have outgrown how they operate: teams are overwhelmed, there are too many cooks in the kitchen, nothing is written down, or the CRM has turned into another mess.

Why I Do This Work

I love seeing a team click, when everyone knows their role, follows the same process, and trusts their systems. I don’t love watching good people work hard every day inside a business that was never set up to support them.

Most of the time, the people aren’t the problem. Neither is the software. The structure is. No real job descriptions. No SOPs, so everyone does things their own way. Documentation scattered across files and diagrams nobody can find. New hires and clients learning by trial and error. Sales follow-up that depends on who remembers.

My job is to slow down at the start, understand how your business really works, and build something your team will actually use. I’m also pretty honest about what not to build. That conversation is free, including the version where I tell you that you don’t need me yet.

How We’ll Work Together

It starts with a free consultation. If we’re a good fit, and once NDAs and agreements are signed, I spend a few days onsite with your team. I watch how work really gets done and talk with your people about their pain points.

From there, we work in phases, and you approve each one before we move on: role clarity first, then structure, then process, then systems.

When we get to systems, I map your sales process, then configure Zoho CRM, automate carefully, connect the tools you already use, train your team, and keep refining after you go live. Learn more about my Zoho CRM implementation.

A lot of clients like a hybrid approach: I help with the foundation and the hard parts; your team handles day-to-day updates. When you’re ready for the next layer, I’m here.

Where I’m based

I’m in Franklin, Tennessee, and a lot of my clients are right here in the Nashville area. I work exclusively with US businesses: locally across Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, and Mississippi, and with teams nationwide. I’m happy to travel anywhere in the US for onsite work. Travel and time are billed to the client and agreed on upfront.
